  • 90 minutes of consultation time, usually split into a pre and post palette meeting

Hello, I'm Catherine

With a professional background in leadership and personal development, I have been an avid student/practitioner of spiritual pathways and energy modalities for more than 30 years.

Colour and beauty are powerful mediums for self expression. I'm sure you may agree with me on that. What you may not yet know (because I didn't before starting this work) is how powerful colour and beauty are as agents for personal and spiritual growth.

A fascinating journey awaits if you choose to engage with it fully. 

When approached consciously, colour and style become a practice of personal sovereignty. And beauty becomes a teacher — of remembrance, alignment, and embodiment.

I am one of a small number of practitioners who offer colour and style analysis through the lens of light frequency — the belief that each person emanates a specific energetic signature. 

Over the past six years, I’ve deepened this work through apprenticeship and study with leading teachers in the Caygill tradition.

I also believe that style is activism. The choices we make in clothing and design can support a better world. I advocate for conscious consumption, small designers, natural fibres, and low-waste, ethical production.
