Authentic Beauty is a four month journey of understanding, appreciating and embodying your natural essence and beauty.

This isn’t just a style course — it’s a sacred reclamation of your truth, your presence, and your body.

Together, we — Catherine and Martha — hold a transformational field of emotional grace, intuitive beauty, and embodied radiance.
Both trained in colour frequency analysis through the Suzanne Caygill lineage, we’ve refined this work together over six years of collaboration — blending energy, style, and soul into a deeply transformational experience.

Welcome to Authentic Beauty with Catherine and Martha

 

We met 6 years ago on a color training and discovered a similar passion for wanting to master the newly emerging approach of working with energetic essence, rather than image.

Both of us had studied other energy modalities and been on a personal and spiritual path for decades.

The approach we teach is informed by the work of Suzanne Caygill, a 20th century milliner, artist and color analyst who made the simple observation 'Mother Nature does not make mistakes.'  

✨ Catherine is a wise woman guide with a background in leadership coaching and decades of experience across spiritual and energetic disciplines. A Human Design 1/3 Splenic Projector, she brings a calm, clarifying presence that supports deep emotional sovereignty and authentic visibility. Through her experience with Feminine spiritual practice, colour analysis, and intuitive mentorship, she guides you to dress from your truth and embody your essence with grace.

✨ Martha, author of Embrace Your Vibrance, brings deep attunement to colour, the body, and sensual expression. Originally trained as a lawyer, her work is now rooted in embodied vibrancy — shaped through two decades as a renowned New York yoga teacher, and deep study in sacred sexuality and trauma healing. A Human Design 2/4 Generator with an intuitive, listening heart, Martha helps you feel safe in your skin and radiant in your expression — igniting creative spark through beauty and embodiment.

Together, we guide sensitive, soul-led women to shed inherited aesthetic conditioning and express their essence — vibrantly, truthfully, and without apology.

Given our own experience of this work, we know that over the next 4 months you will:

Part 1

Learn to utilise your color palette in a practical way, elevating your life as you master the psychology of your colors. Supportive practices and meditations are included to address any challenges that arise from higher levels of visibility as you honor your divine purpose. (eg. body image/self love, intimacy.)

Part 2

Closet overhaul and shopping with our guidance. Finally have the amazing closet you've always wanted. 

  • Tips for renovating your closet
  • Clarifying your shopping strategy 
  • Eliminate randomness and confusion around your style
  • Learn how to end wasteful purchases and save lots of money over time!

We support your decision making and help with purchases! (Yes, we have researched ethical brands and have links with designers you may not have heard of!)

Part 3

Discover the unique design principles that help you choose prints and accessories to complement your beauty and create total expression/alignment with essence.

Go deeper with understanding of:

  • Your sacred geometry, your level of contrast and complexity.
  • Your best sizes and shapes for accessories.
  • The textures, fabrics and prints work best for you.

Develop confidence in putting outfits together.

Part 4 

As a result of this work, you may decide to make changes to your marketing/brand presentation. Create or work on your personal brand, with our support, for consistent match of your presentation to your message.

Part 5

Tips and techniques reveal how to curate authentic beauty in your home and office environment, so you and others feel exquisite in your spaces.

Authentic Beauty is a small group program.

 

There are 12 teaching calls, spread over 4 months plus messaging access to us.

You will also receive individual guidance and links to selected items (clothing/jewellery/other accessories) to support the expression of your essence.
